On June 3, 1755, forty-three "Dissenters from the Church of England and Professors of the Doctrines of the Church of Scotland" petitioned King George II for a building lot in Savannah.
For over 250 years Independent Presbyterian Church has been a faithful gospel witness to Savannah and the world. We are thankful for our history and remain committed to historic Christian faith and practice as we look to the future.
Welcome to Independent! We regularly update our site with the audio from the morning and evening sermons. Enjoy your visit.
